DR ANNELISE TCHEA Osteopath
Annelise graduated from RMIT University after completing a double degree in Health Science and Applied Science (Osteopathy).
During her osteopathic studies, she volunteered at an orthopaedic hospital in India, where she worked alongside renowned surgeons and physiotherapists to provide treatment for pre-and post-operative patients, as well as non-surgical referrals.
Her experience with injury treatment and management has been established through involvement as a Sports Trainer for the Eastern Football League, Victorian Amateur Football Association, and Mountain District Netball Association.
Annelise treats a variety of musculoskeletal complaints by applying techniques tailored to each individual. She has completed additional training in Dry Needling and Myofascial Cupping, which she integrates into osteopathic treatments where appropriate. Annelise has a strong focus on educating her patients and encourages them to play an active role in managing their own health. She will often recommend rehabilitation exercises as well as ergonomic and lifestyle changes.
In her spare time, Annelise enjoys spending time with family and friends. You can often find her learning a new song on the ukulele or out and about with her dog Piper.
